kde-l10n-lt software package provides Lithuanian (lt) localization files for KDE, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-lt
kde-l10n-lt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-lt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-lt *
You will get with kde-l10n-lt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
